Help! Lighting ghosts?

Thanks..

I was starting to get the same feeling about grounds.

I was nervous about the whole thing because the symptoms were the same as when my alternator belt went. I measured the volatge at the battery with the vehicle running and it was 14.2V, so I am no longer concerned about an alternator or regulator issue (AC volts was a few millivolts). After 2 days the battery died and I was left stranded.

So now its on the list of nuisances I need to solve. There are no dash lights and the gas guage goes negative when the lights are on. I am not sure if there are other symptoms because I can't see them in the dark.

I was looking for a schematic, etc, to try to find possible ground points to clean, wiggle etc, to find this thing.

I guess this weekend I will start to shake, rattle and roll the harnesses.

Regards,
Seth
