*HELP* 240 firing order/ what the hell is wrong? 200

so my 83 240 gl blew the catalytic converter last week, and caused all sorts of problems. I gutted the blown cat and put it back on, still wouldnt work. new plugs, nothing. new cap and rotor, runs, but not on all cylinders.

so i pulled the new plugs out, and 3 out of 4 are BLACK. cylinder 2 looks normal. i am assuming the cylinders are numbered 1-4 from front to back, correct? and the distributer order is:
3 - 4
2 - 1

so if the firing order is correct, then what else could be my problem???
