Air con mist 900 1993

Last I posted was air con not cool unless on high rpm. Well, I have changed the compressor and it is now cooled. But on high rpm mist is coming out of the vent. Is this normal? I thought initially it is due to the compressor being new. Or could it be due to the shut off of outside air not working. Basically, I left as it is for 5 years since the air circulation button/switch was not working and outside air is coming in even I press the shut button. I was told it is a really a hassle to fix the close/open outside air. The only inconvenience is fume/smell from outside gets into the car. Any advice?
