Leaking oil in front 200 1993

I got a decent 1993 240, from reputable dealer.
Been driving it for few months. Decided to check the
condition of timing belt, just to be safe.
When I removed the cover, I noticed the entire area
covered with motor oil, from top to bottom.
Suspected one or all 3 seals.
Few days later I tackled the job. Replaced the seals,
and the timing belt. Cleaned the area very well too.
Seals went in fine, I've done similar jobs in past.
I thought that would be the end of it....but noooooooo.....
It still leaks. But from where ?????
