Remote locking/ central lock issue S90-V90

I have a problem with my 95 960: when I lock the car, if I lock the driver's door by key, the central lock system will activate, however if done by the remote, all doors except for the drivers door will lock. In turn, when I attempt to unlock the car by remote, none of the doors will unlock. If done by the key, all doors will unlock.

Does anyone have an idea as what's at fault? Is it the driver door actuator, or relay? Also how are you supposed to get the actuator out it seems as though its in one unit with the door catch?

Anyone have the service manual covering the central locking or a wiring diagram at hand?
