Volvo Penta Boat Motor 140-160

Here in New Zealand is a web site called Trade Me, similar to eBay. This boat motor is for sale, and to me looks very similar to my old B20. A link to the auction is below, sorry if it does not come out as a hyperlink. Click on a photo to enlarge it. I'm wondering if anyone knows how close that engine is to a B20. I guess the cooling system would be capable of handling salt water, the CAM will be different, and obviously the bolted-on manifolds. It also has a boat prop shaft, but I should be able to swap the bell housing with the one on my B20? I'm an electronic engineer and have never woked on my B20, so help with this mechanical questions would be appreciated.

The price is NZ$2000, which is about US$1400.

Have fun,
Niel
