Absolutely no power! 200 1989

Our Volvo has lost all power. It starts fine and idles a little rough. I can hear a slight uneven popping out the exhaust. The throttle response in park seems fine but on the road it has NO POWER! It will not accelerate over 10 mph on a flat. It basically happened overnight. I have no check engine light and the OBD shows no code. Tried a known good AMM with no difference. Tried a good FPR with no difference. Could the timing belt have jumped a tooth as suggested below? Checked the plugs and they look very white like it is running lean. Any other suggestions?
