1997 960 (S-90) Alternator bearing replacement S90-V90 1997

I'm about to replace the bearins on a alternator, a 100 Bosch No. 0123500006 NC 14v 55-100A. I've identified the bearings and have them on order, they will arrive in about 5 days.But I have not removed the alternator as of this e-mail. I also have repaired alternators before but not on this great car. Removal looks to be standard procedure, but nothing is that easy. I would appreciate any and all inputs, suggestions and what ever. Thanks
