240 Heating Up Interior - Too Hot For Me 200 1992

I have a 92 240 with 140,000 miles. The car has factory air conditioning.

There is hot air coming out of the interior heating system. The lever that adjusts the temperature seems to be working, but even when it is all the way over to the cold end, there is hot air bleeding into the cab.

The three buttons that direct the air to the defroster seems to be working, air is being directed to the defroster as needed. When the button to direct air toward your feet is pushed however, I cannot feel the air coming out.

Does anyone have any tips. Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks.
