how to take off cylinder head of D24 200

how to take off cylinder head of D24

I just started to repair my oil-in-water 245 D24, and I know I have to take off the cylinder head to decide what to do after, but I don't know how can I get there.

I took out all the cooling system and cleaned it from oil but the engine looks so complex to me, so I decided it is better to ask here. One of my problems is that I don't know where can I find a detailed manual for the D24 engine, because the ones I know did not have information about D24. I tried to find "D24 Green manual" at ebay, but it didn't find anything even for D24. Is this book written by Volvo or by VW?

If I cannot find any literature about this engine, could you tell me the suggested disassembly procedure? I mean what part to start with and how to follow?

Thanks in advance!
