Knock/clunk in rear suspension remains after replacing about everything! 200

Here is what I have replaced on the 240: All suspension bushings, front and rear. New F/R struts/shocks (Boge turbo gas). New springs at all corners. All new motor/tranny mounts. New driveshaft hanger bearing. New U joints. Replaced anti-sway bars with those from a GT (23/23). Added strut to strut and strut to firewall braces. After replacing all of those parts, when traversing bumps, I still have a knocking/clunking sound in the rear somewhere. This occurs at all speeds from barely moving to highway speed, even with trunk totally emptied out. Can there be a loose mounting bolt on a rear shock that the installer didn't find? If so, it was there before the new shock was installed. Or, will the exhaust pipe "clunk" against the axle? I kind of thought this might be more of a "clank" sound than a "knock" sound. I'm flummoxed over this, especially having replaced about everything I can underneath this car. HELP!!
