Elementary B20 Question 140-160 1974

This is going to sound silly as most B18/20 owners probably are able to this blind folded.....

How do you actually clean the flametrap, and where is its location? My 74 has started to leak motor oil and I have noticed that it is coming out from a few spots, the distributor, valve cover gasket, timing gear cover gasket, and the biggest leak, the rear main seal(or the rear of the oilpan, I am not so sure). All the leaks appear to have started at the same time, and they are getting worse. I have read the a clogged flame trap can cause this condition, unless, of course, I am that lucky to have all these seals fail at the same time...Many thanks in advance.
