How do I know if my car has intercooler?

This board is great 2 replies already.

I'm very happy to know that my car has the intercooler. Strangely the owner's manual that the owner gave me is the one with long curvy pipe on top of the valve cover and has the word turbo at the right of the engine. This is only 133hp/155lb/ft.

My car doesn't have AC, and you say that the skinny radiator thing is an oil cooler? nice.

The manual (non IC) says to use 87 octane. But mine is IC, shall I use another octane? I heard that turbo cars should use higher octane, why?
