What would you do in my situation? 120-130

I'd prioritize the Amazon's and your needs and wants.
Safety at the top (brakes, updated seat belts, tires, steering, ball joints, wheel bearings, track down the driveline sound, etc.)
then reliability (do a leakdown test for the state of the engine, check all the various things that could possibly wear out and leave you stranded somewhere)
then comfort (rebuild the seats, weather stripping and window rubber, etc., add a nice radio if you don't have one, do some soundproofing, maybe new carpet, how is the windsheid for pitting/visibility),
then decay (take care of any rust issues)
then looks (body, paint, wheels, etc.).
