canoworms on carbs 120-130

on a healthy b18 headed b20 with a street performance cam and a stock exhaust if you were sick of your weber dgv (sluggish-fumes-leaks...on several different ones over the years) and used the car as a true daily driver........what carb setup would you go with considering quick installation, reliability, and the ability to get everything(manifolds-linkage and the like) what would you choose? where would you procure an entire setup?
