My local weekly bargain paper that comes in the mail on Thursdays actually is distibuted to most area on Tuesdays. I sometimes pull it up on the internet to see the good deals quickly. There is was, 1989 780 Bertone, turbo, 40k miles, excellent condition, $1,500. negotiable. Needless to say i called the Ph# and left a message with my home and cell#. Was hoping all day to hear back so i could go and jump on this one, never heard back and decided to call again about 5:45 last evening. Got the owner and he said those words i didn't want to hear. Sorry the car has been sold. I was really chomping at the bit on this one. Would have made a perfect mate with my 91 745t w/780 rims. Ah well, maybe next time...................
