cold hero, hot zero 200 1982

i've got this 1982 244 gl with the b21f engine(ci/k-jet fuel injection)and it runs perfectly cold. as it warms up it gradually loses fuel pressure, that is you push the gas pedal and the engine revs up increasingly slowly and laboriously and there is a gradual and distinct loss of power, esp. under load (low speed, high rpms or going up a hill). after about 20-30 minutes of running the car will run less and less and eventually not re-start. after a cool down period of 40-60 minutes the car can be re-started and run well until it gets hot again and does not want to go. i have changed the fuel filter, control pressure regulator and main and in-tank fuel pump assemblies and it has not affected the problem at all. the in-tank pump is working and drawing proper amperage. the main fuel pump is drawing proper amperage at all times. i tried a vented gas cap in case this was a vapor lock issue: no change. questions: has anyone experienced this particular problem with this engine? is this a possible temp sensor issue? ecu issue? fuel distributor issue? any input will be appreciated. thanks,
jeremiah
