does this bode well for my tranny? 120-130

my baby's acting funny. my 64 122s is having something strange happen in the cold morning starts. With the clutch in, i start her up and she idles fine, but when she's put into neutral to warm up there is a lug on the engine and she starts to inch forward as if the engine is still engaging with one of the gears. A few minutes after warm up the problem goes away, presumably because the oil has had a chance to decoagulate, or something. I going to do an oilflush as soon as possible, but do you guys think this is a harbinger of worse problems to come?
