#1 injector firing like CRAZY! 200 1985

Hi all. I have a 1985 240 with a fuel injector that fires too often (makes a rapid clicking sound, much more noticable than the three other injectors) Black smoke from the pipe indicating too much fuel, etc. What could have gone wrong that "broke" only one fuel injector?

I want to take a moment to thank everyone for their help. I know that this forum only works because this community takes time to support it's members. I try to help answer posts whenever I feel I can lend a hand, and I know how much time it can take, so thanks again!
