I'm new to turbo engines....three questions. 900 1991

’91 940 Turbo. 159k miles.
It appears that there are two spots that oil is leaking under the vehicle. One spot is near what I think is the rear main oil seal. The other spot appears to be coming from passenger side. This passenger side oil leak doesn’t appear to be the turbo…but I’ve never worked on a turbo and don’t understand the internals that well.

Three pieces of info I need:
1) Where could the oil be coming from on the passenger side?
2) What’s the amount of time required to replace the turbo?
3) How do you tell if the turbo is healthy?

Thanks,
Cabbie2169
