Turbo or NA? IIRC, I have about 165 on my B21A, +/- about 3-4 psi. The turbo is lower (~125?) because of the dished pistons. My impression is that the actual value isn't as important as the uniformity - if you've got a 5psi or less spread you're in really good shape (unless it's 0...) and I think Volvo said total variation up to 10 psi was within spec.
