Differential lube through a straw S90-V90

Well it seems I'm on the road to recovery after the bout with Gall bladder surgery and will be tackling the differential lube exchange this weekend.
I went by my local indy a little while ago to have an oil change(still a little sore, I am), while the car was up on the lift I turned the tires on both sides. When I turned the wheel on one side of the car the whell on the other side did not move at all. I turned the wheel 3 or 4 revolutions, tried each side the same way any only the wheel I was turning would be moving.
With that said , does this mean I have a limited slip rear diff, and have to use a special lube back there?
Thanks one and all
Poolman
