B18D engine type 120-130

According to the numbers I've got this is indeed a B18D. It should have a B-cam and 100 SAE hp. I think this would be a type II, but I'm not even sure of the exact differences.
If the B18 is bored to fit B20 pistons, and everything else is left stock, your compression will be raised. The B18D has 1:8,7 stock, which would make about 1:9,5 with a B20 bore.
