Need Advice on Dropping Fuel Tank 945 1995 900

Hi All,
Does anyone have any tips on dropping a fuel tank from a 1995 945 wagon? I have the straps loose but the tank is not dropping. I found some more cap screws that seem to attach the tank to the frame.

There is a small amount of gas in the tank and I put the fuel pump assembly back in and secured the large plastic nut to avoid spillage.

I cannot get the in-tank pump out of the access port in the floor so it seems as though the tank has to come out.

Thanks

Jerry
