Not without a colossal amount of changing. It would be swapping a B230F (1987) with a B21F. There is a B23F engine in the line of development between those two. Not to mention change in horsepower, torque, and displacement.

What's different? Electronic sensors and computers, distributor, crankshaft pulley and front drive belt set-up, injectors in head vs in manifold, fuel pump pressures, power steering pump, a/c compressor...etc...etc...

It could be done, if one was ready willing and able to do all those changes.
