Question - what is causing all the oil resudue/gunk around my turbocharger / hoses ('94 945t) 900

I totally cleaned this area a few months ago to try and see where the oil/gunk was coming from, and forgot to follow up. So last night, I had to fix the air intake hose (turbo side) that slipped off. Probably due to all the oily gunk.

Inside this hose, oily/gunk is starting to form, which I cleaned out as much as I could. But, I'm also getting all this oily film/dirt all OVER my turbo area.

* no valve cover leaks - new gasket
* line from the oil trap -- slight resudue on the turbo side
* I pulled and cleaned the oil trap a couple years ago, but it never seemed to cure this turbo/gunk problem
* replaced all O-rings around oil filter housing, and turbo oil hose (to block and to turbo)-- less than a year ago

Where is all this crap coming from on the FRONT side of my turbo area? Turbo impeller still seems tight - think it's the original turbo (142k!). There was a slight hint of oil sitting right in front of the impeller, in the ID of where the MAF hose attaches.

Thanks for any advice! Chris W
