no start / hard start cold 700 1991

Is it always the same cylindars that fire first? If not, then I don't think it's anything specific to the engine.

I also had cold start issues due to a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Another time I had a hard start issue which was worse on the first start of the day. That turned out to be my Crank Position Sensor (RPM sensor).
