Modding my 240 200

About to drop up to AU$15,000 into fully restoring & modifying my '83 240. I've sorted out almost everything(bare-metal respray, new leather interior, etc), apart from one thing. I want to replace my current B23E engine with the 115kW unit from a 740 Turbo. Is this an easy thing to do? What do I need to watch out for? From what I've been told, it should *almost* be a pull out old - drop in new procedure. But I certainly don't believe that. ;-) Would it maybe be a better idea to have a turbo installed on my current engine?
