Calipers -- pin heads 200 1989

I recently did my front brakes and thanks to Brickboarders it went very well.

One thing though, I couldn't remember which way the pin heads were facing before I started, so I looked at both Haynes and Bentley in the middle of my second side, and in the pictures they go one way in one manual and the other way in the other one as far as I can tell.

Does it matter if the pin head is in the inside of the caliper or the outside ?

I decided to place the pin heads inside...

Unfortunately I was already on my second side when this occured to me, so I couldn't refer to the first caliper.

All my pin heads are on the inside.

Just curious if it makes a difference.

Thanks.
