D-Jet or Tranny? 140-160

Hello all,
My Auto trans 75 164 is acting up. When I start it lately it will idle very rough @ around 400/500 rpm. After it's warmed up it still idles this way. When starting out it has no power and it chugs like it is not firing on all cylinders. After I am up to 2nd gear and about 40mph the shaky uneven idle stops and it cruises right along with no problem. This happened before and I found that I was low on tranny fluid, filled it up, no more shake. About two days later the shake came back, a little more fluid to the tranny to top it off, still shaking. Is this the evil BW35 giving me grief or my D-Jet acting up or both?
Sorry for the long post,

Tim
