65 122 with rebuild - reliable? Worth giving up a nice 92 240? 120-130

Hi, all.

I'm seriously considering buying a 1966 122s with a rebuilt b20 engine, new clutch, and brakes with about 6K miles on 'em. Transmission was replaced many years ago, and the owner says it runs very well.

What should I expect out of the car in terms of reliablity? I'll probably need to sell my 92 sedan, so I'm really thinking about this a lot. Got a kid coming in the next few weeks, but the 1993 wagon is all set up for kid duty.

I'm interested in any thoughts or opinions.
