stripping a s90 for track use

I have a s90, that I would like to use on the track a little. Since this car won't be my daily drvier anymore, as I just bought a s40, I was wondering what I could do to lighten the car up. Is their a manual window option for this car? Would a manual 240 seat fit? I guess there is also under the hood insulation carpet and door panels that could go.
