Virginia Gets Her Fiber... 120-130 1967

Hello Jim:

Yes, some teeth got mashed off the beast, but not all the way around so I was able to remove the nut on the end of the camshaft.

Combined with a very satisfying day at work on Friday, the feeling of accomplishment put me over the moon for two days. I am not only the first member of my family to go to college but also the first member of my family to successfully enter the innards of an engine and still be able to drive the beast subsequently.

I am quite relieved to hear from Phil that the spacer ring seems to be a non-issue for me.

Cheers,

Jeff Pucillo
