Confused front end bits for early 142 140-160

Well, the issue with the front end bits is partially worked out....

Seems the tie rod I ordered from Vintage imports fits...

the centerlink ends I ordered from Vintage Imports and FCP Groton don't.
The centerlink from a '65 Amazon I have does, however, fit.

When I'm less annoyed at them I'll do a list of parts suppliers who really messed up. The guys above did ok- and I hope they have a liberal return policy- but the car seems to require centerlink ends for an amazon.

Should have stuck with the "ussual suspects" from the start.

My theory is that the early 142 and the amazon were at Goteborg around the same time- maybe the guys on the assembly line moved some bits around....

I'll revisit this later,- gotta go drive my car for a while to get this out of my system...
