KEEP BOTH good idea 120-130

You won't regret it, I love my vintage bricks, but sometimes it's nice to get into a car, crank up the air conditioning and be able to hear the tunes over the engine/wind noise while blasting down the freeway in the fast lane.

The local VSA chapter meets every 2nd Wed of the month at 7:00 P.M. (Except December) at the auto musieum in Balboa Park and is a great resource for parts and general experience.
Cheers
