First crickets noise...now airplane landing noise. H E L P !!! 200

Ive owned many volvos, this one is having a problem now.
First off I was a little rough with her a couple days ago
going about 90 mph on flat land. Drove great! Then she sat
for a day. I started her up this morning and was going to
my friends place. I could hear very high pitched squeek,
sounding like a bad vacuume leak or a bad bearing. I checked
all the belts and bearings but still had the loud screetch from
25-50 mph. Got to my friends and let the car sit for a couple
hours and decided to come back to my home town. The car ran like
before screetching between 25-50 mph. As i was going back to drop
my friend of the car started to growl when slowing down like rubber
rubbing agenst the frame. No smell of burning rubber, Sounds like the
whining is coming from the transmission shifter and the rear end.
The tranny fluid is a little burnt but isnt low. What could be the prob?
