Where is my intermitant wiper relay? Doesn't work. 200 1982

Intermkittent wiper relays are under driver's left foot, kind of.

There's a raised rectangular area at left of drivers kick panel where it meets the inner fender panel and the floor. The relay(s) are under there.

Wagons have 2 of them, front and rear. Sedans have only one.
Sometimes water gets in and kills the relays.

Probably can get new ones from fcpgroton.com.
Also probably from a junkyard.
