help installing polyurethane cone bushings on 95 940 900 1995

hey all,

bought some longer bolts to fit the larger poly cone bushing on the front end of the radius rod. Believe torque specs are 88 ft lbs for rear bushing nut and bolt of radius rod, and 66 ft lbs for the front bolt of the radius rod. Rear nut and bolt torqued to 88 ft lbs with no problem, but front bolt seemed like it just wanted to continue squishing the poly bushing.... I could not get the torque wrench to "click", until I finally lowered the setting to 40 ft lbs??

I believe the bolt is secure, and I did use blue loctite.

Did anyone have this happen before? Any advice or recommendations?

thanks in advance,

Dennis
