Tie Rod (Strut) End Removal, 1993 940 900

I am trying to remove the tie rod end from the strut using every trick I can find. Extra leverage with a muffler clamp and pry bar, 5 lb brass sledge, a little heat and lots of PB-B. I cannot use too much heat due to the rubber dust cover and I have no intention of replacing tie rod end. I am replacing the struts inserts, control arm stay bushings, ball joints and the sway bar link bushings. I have beaten the screw end so much I’ll have to file the mushroomed end to get it out of the strut.

Any ideas to help aid the removal would be most graciously welcomed.

Have a happy Thanksgiving day!
