No Turn Signals 700 1989

Hello, I've tried looking through the forum for some information before posting this, but the information was all pretty scattered. Anyway, I have an '89 740 GL that had the turn signals stop working. When I flip the turn signal lever, the indicators in the dash don't come on and there is no clicking. I can hear a very slight and short buzz/click sound when I flip the switch. The hazard flashers still work fine.

I've read some information stating that the hazard switch may be the culprit. If so, could someone please point me to its location and maybe a procedure to get to it? Also, in the 740/900 FAQ there is a picture indicating a 'Flasher' relay above the fuse box. Is this the same thing?

Thanks,

Brian
