Coolant leak at several hose connections 900 1993

My 1993 945T developed a new problem. I am losing a small amount of coolant, after shutting down it seems, as the amoount of lost does not seem to be related to distance driven. I put some coolant dye in and it is easy to see were all the leaks are. First it was the radiator hose return to water pump. Tightened it and the leak moves to the reservior drain hose connection. Tightened it and it moves upper hose thermostat connection.

What problem am I facing with? Thanks for your help.
