Lucky, lucky you. If it has no rust what a find.
At the minimum I would:
Replace the fluids/filters and get the gas tank boiled and run some carb cleaner through the fuel line to get rid of any crud that will likely be coming your way. I revived a '65 and flushing the fuel system would have saved headaches. Marvel Oil in the cylinder and let them sit as Kyle recommended before cranking. Wouldn't hurt to pull the distributor and use a screwdriver shaft on a cordless drill to spin the oil pump and get some oil pumped around before cranking with the starter. Check the float bowls in the carbs if SU's to check for crud there as well, remember to add oil to the dashpots. Change the brake and clutch fluid, and you'll likely need new tires; check them closely. Grease and lubricate everything you can and spray some contact cleaner on your electrical switches.
If it only has 33K then its just getting broken in but if you are not careful when restarting you could give it a premature death. Not to mention your own safety with those old hydraulics if you have a single circuit brake system. Can't remember if they switched in 67 or 68.
You might also post on the 1800list as they are very helpful as well. Also try using a header like "Restarting a survivor?" Most old Volvo lovers get excited at the thought of bringing a survivor back to life and would be happy to help.
