Light and heat 200 1991

Had my '91 245 ... 128K about 5 months now and all is well. Even performs well in the "new fallen" snow with the summer tires ... Goodyear Regatta. Might get some cheap snows ... Kelly Springfields on my v70 ... lots of traction and still quiet. Two thing need attention ... How 'bout those headlight lenses .... If they were clear we would surely get a lot more light out of them ... any solution .. legal or otherwise? Also needing attention ... if it is a quick fix is the passenger seat heater .. light goes on but not heating up. Don't see any wires loose. Solution ?
