As Joe mentions, being a '67, the electrical system is most certainly a 12V, but this can always be confirmed by counting the number of (2.1v per) cells at the battery.

As far as true mileage and it's indications...the average yearly mileage goes down pretty quickly when the vehicle is parked...but a casual inspection of wear on items like the brake pedal, ignition switch and key and seat, etc. and will allow you to confirm the suspected mileage +/- 100k.
