No continuity in the bulb warning relay in the brake light circuits. Am I on the right track for a bad bulb warning relay.

Everything in the cruise checks OK-vacuum-on-off-resume switches-vac. motor operation.

Brake light switch checks OK.

I did a search and checked the FAQ's and just need some confirmation on my diagnostics.
