Snow Tire Report S90-V90

I just bought and had mounted four Hankook snow tires, W404, in the 205/55-16 size. They came from Discount Tire Direct at $76 each, with free shipping.
I was concerned about the noise since they have a very aggressive open tread design.

Turns out they are quieter than I expected, ony a little noisier at 70 mph than the Michelins that I took off. I have not found a tread wear rating yet, but they say M+S and have the snowflake symbol as well.

They have to be better in the snow than the Dunlops that are now off the car. Those were useless! Snow performance report later.
