Camshafts. Performance 140-160

Well, I am building a turbo 164 with MS. I am wondering about increasing the stroke with longer rods and shorter pistons, pros/cons? I was thinking .40 over for the pistons is what I would like. I have the plan to keep the original 44mm intake valves and going with 40mm exhaust and a K cam. Would I possibly need a hotter cam than the K? I will also be going with dbl. valve springs and roller rockers. By the way, I would love 300 miles from the tank! Is this out of the question with these parts? I am after power but this is also my daily driver. Would you have any recommendations on this set-up?

Thanks,
Tim
