Foot Dimmer Switch 444-544

Those switches are pretty generic until they started putting them on the steering column. I put a switch from a '56 Plymouth into a '47 Jeep and it was an exact fit.

You may end up having to drill a hole for one screw if it doesn't mate up, but that shouldn't be a big deal.

Don't forget to try WWW.JCWhitney.com

Also, since you plan to replace it anyway, take it apart and see if a good sanding of the contacts will restore it to work again. I find that's the best way to fix floor-mounted starter switches!

Good Luck!

Steve
