Clutch cable adjustment '84 240 200 1984

A couple days ago, my clutch cable broke... I clutchlessly drove the car to my local Volvo mechanic for a quickie fix on that, which he did and the clutch was fine for a day.

But gradually it started disengaging closer and close to the floor, and now is very hard to shift.

Is there a quick and easy adjustment I can make myself? I'd just take it back to the mechanic, but I rather hate to bother him with the problem if I can take care of it, as he gave me a really good deal. As in, he gave me 30% off on the parts, and didn't charge labor (this included motor mounts as well).

I'd go out for a looksee, but it's about 10 degrees below zero this morning and I don't feel like crawling around under there... not yet. I've replaced plenty of clutch cables, etc... but never on a 240.

THanks!
