Bad fuse? 700 1988

Hm...Sigue-Sigue (the '88 745GLE) starts and runs fine, but the radio and interior lights won't come on, and the seatbelt chime dings constantly. I know we've done this before, and it was a fuse last time. Checked the fuse block in the dash and couldn't find a dead one, however. Anyone have any idea of the possible culprit?

Also noted that the fuse block seemed to have moisture on it. Fuses do not look corroded however, and the wet might have come from my gloves...

In more cheerful news, with the purchase of a $600 '90 244, we are a two-Volvo household once again. Yay!
